Ownership will be transferred as follows:
- full ownership of the building will be transferred directly
- Simultaneously the land on which the building sits will be given a recurring 30 year lease
- The boundary of the land on which the villa sits will be marked on the original Chanote title and registered at the land office,
- If at any stage, subdivision on the estate is allowed, then this will automatically be transferred.
- This legal structure is in full compliance with all Thai laws and allows for the establishment of either a Thai holding company or an overseas company to hold the assets.
