Baan Jasmine boasts a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating and large windows that overlook the swimming pool and walled garden. The modern kitchen, well-equipped and open-plan to the living space, includes a family-sized fridge/freezer and a fan oven. Guests can use the fully automatic washing machine and clothes airer in the utility area. The living area is air-conditioned and features standing fans for added comfort. The charming dining area flows from the kitchen and leads to a covered outdoor dining space.

The villa offers luxury with two Super King bedrooms, each located at opposite ends of the villa for maximum privacy—perfect for two couples or one to two families. Both bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. To the right of the living room, a private hallway leads to the master bedroom, which overlooks the tropical garden and swimming pool. Double patio doors open onto a small balcony with stone steps leading into the garden. The master en-suite features a separate rain shower, large bath, double mirrored sinks, and a WC.

On the left side of the living room, another private hallway leads to the large twin or Super King bedroom, which also offers views of the tropical garden. Its en-suite bathroom is tastefully furnished with a walk-in wet room and rain shower, double mirrored sinks, and a WC.

The villa’s exterior complements the interior, creating a perfect environment for a relaxing holiday. Guests can enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens, highlighted by a superb 10×5 meter swimming pool with a garden rain shower. The pool operates with a salt chlorination system on a pump timer, and the depth ranges from 1 meter at the shallow end to 2 meters at the deepest end. A Thai Sala with a grass roof, located to the right of the pool, provides a shaded retreat for relaxation.
